Everything was good, including wonderful and exceptional breakfasts with croissants, cereal fruit plus other meals such as pancakes. This hotel was located in a very central area near seafront. Local fast food option Kfc was 5 minutes walk away.

The breakfast was gorgeous and exceptional with fresh fruit and toast, as example and attention to detail. The setting was perfect, just off town center, the hill straight into town and the quayside where there were plenty of bars. Also, Babbacombe was 2 km away from the hotel.

I was offered a lovely breakfast at 9.10am. The hotel was in an amazing location so close to town centre and harbour areas and the hill straight into town. Luckily it was close to The Noble Tree, had pastries there when it was very hot outside.

A marvellous location, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It's relaxing base for sightseeing and exploring Torquay. The staff is amicable and accommodating, as well as host. The breakfast is wonderful and exceptional at a very reasonable rate, has lovely food.

The stay here was nice for three nights. The breakfast at the hotel was lovely and exceptional with good quality bacon. The location was great, not too far away from a life-sized Victorian shopping street. You could walk to a main shopping street and a shopping area.
